The CNHS Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) participated in Takbo 2018 held last May 1, 2018 at Cavite City, Cavite.

         The event was initiated by Cavite City Lions Club in collaboration with the CNHS Supreme Student Government (SSG) to raise funds in helping to rebuild the burnt library of the school.

         The Fun Run started 5:00 AM at the El Palacio Hotel and ended at Manuel Roxas Elementary School. The said charity event was participated by various volunteers from various sectors.

          A raffle draw was held after gathering all of the participants in the finish line. It was then followed by the awarding of top runners of the fun run.

         "Nakakapagod pero worth it naman yung mga ipinawis namin kasi nag pupulot kami ng kalat along the way at tska alam naman namin na mapupunta sa school din namin yung proceeds ng event" said Sandara Ondoy, External Vice President of YES-O.

          The officers of YES-O also took the event as an opportunity to conduct Plogging (an activity of picking trashes while jogging). The YES-O Officers collected several bags of residual wastes along the main thoroughfare of the city with was also the route of the Fun Run.
