ENVIRONMENTAL LEADERS INITIATE BOOK DONATION DRIVE

The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) launched a project called "Book Donation Drive 2018" last March 23, 2018.
The said book donation drive was an initiative response of the organization to help rebuilding the burnt school library which happened last March 22. The said tragedy turned all reference and ICT materials of the said facility into ashes.
As of April 2018, the Cavitenan YES-O collected 384 reference books from various donors. The said books were already turned-over to the school librarian, Mrs. Beth Tibayan.
"Ako'y lubos na nagpapasalamat sa inyo at sa mga donors ng mga libro na ito. Malaking tulong ang mga ito sa mga estudyante natin kasi walang natira talagang reference materials sa library atin" said Mrs. Tibayan when intervied by the YES-O Officers during the turn-over of received books.

The YES-O Officers together with Mrs. Tibayan, the school Librarian, and the School-Based Management Team as they cherry-pick reference materials from Books-for-a-Cause Foundation.
